Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
to join our clinical team in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality therapeutic services while working within an interdisciplinary care model that prioritizes patient-centered treatment and clinician support. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and care team members Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations Ensure care delivery aligns with state regulations and company standards Maintain active licensure and adhere to ethical and professional guidelines Qualifications Active, unrestricted
LMHC or LMFT license
in the state of Pennsylvania Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field Experience in behavioral health, outpatient, or facility-based settings preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Schedule & Compensation Employment Type:
Full-Time Salary Range:
$70,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience) Schedule:
