Certified Medical Assistant
to support clinics in both Dallas and Plano. This is a
3-month contract
with strong potential to convert to permanent. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and enjoys variety in their workweek.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location Split:
1 day/week in Dallas + 4 days/week in Plano Interviews:
1 virtual + 1 onsite Contract Length:
3 months, temp with possible perm Travel:
Local travel only
What You’ll Do Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures Prepare, clean, and restock exam rooms and clinical equipment Welcome and room patients, obtain medical histories, and document information in the EMR Record vitals and prepare patients for tests, imaging, or procedures Perform routine testing, EKGs, specimen collection, and POCT Administer approved medications and vaccinations (excluding controlled substances) Remove sutures/staples and change dressings as directed Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards ✔️
Requirements Active CMA certification
(AAMA or AMT) BLS (AHA only) Valid Driver License
(must be submitted with the candidate packet) Minimum
2 years of CMA experience Epic experience preferred Strong patient interaction skills and high attention to detail Ability to take instruction, work independently, and support clinical teams
