Job Title: Paint Line Loader/Unloader
Location: Fairdale, KY
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

At Integrity Trade Services, we are dedicated to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented workplace. We are currently seeking a motivated Paint Line Loader/Unloader to support our production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

• Move large and small products from weld cells to the paint conveyor using overhead cranes.
• Inspect products prior to loading to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify that all products are fully painted before unloading.
• Operate overhead cranes safely and precisely.
• Attach and detach hooks properly and securely.
• Check product surfaces before painting and ensure complete paint coverage.
• Mask and unmask plugs from threaded areas as required.
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain adherence to 6S/Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform quality work and assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing daily crane inspections.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable reaching with hands and arms and working on raised platforms.

Preferred Experience:

• 6 months to 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior overhead crane operation experience.

Education:

• Minimum Grade 12 (High School Diploma).

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Comply with OSHA regulations and company policies at all times.
• Use and maintain required PPE.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or policy violations immediately to a supervisor.
• Follow all safe work procedures and participate in required safety training (e.g., WHMIS, orientation).
• Never disable or remove protective devices; replace them promptly after use.

• KY Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.  The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.  An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.  Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:  Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.  Entry dates into the 401(k) are:  1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.  As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
