Position Summary:
The Seasonal Online Fulfillment Processor will assist with accurately and efficiently processing, packing, and shipping online customer orders. This role is essential to ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and with the premium quality that represents the Respected Roots brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  
  
• Ensure all products are packaged neatly, labeled correctly, and meet brand presentation standards
  
  
• Maintain organized workstations and inventory areas
  
  
• Assist with restocking and inventory counts as needed
  
  
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  
  
• Follow all safety and cleanliness procedures
  
  
• Support other warehouse or fulfillment tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or retail preferred but not required
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  
  
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  
  
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed, during the holiday season
  
  

Schedule & Duration:

• Seasonal role from November through January
  
  
• Hours may vary based on order volume (3040 hours per week preferred)
  
  
• Opportunity for future part-time or permanent roles based on performance

• Various Shifts: Evenings 5pm-11 pm and some weekend
  
  

Salary

• $15$17.00 per hour, based on experience
