Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to support a hospital environment on an overnight shift. This is a temporary assignment with competitive pay and the opportunity to gain valuable healthcare supply chain experience.

-Schedule & Pay
-Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM (Overnight)
-Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour, depending on experience
-Assignment Type: Temporary

-Key Responsibilities
-Receive and break down incoming deliveries
-Load clean carts with medical and surgical supplies
-Deliver carts and materials to designated operating room areas
-Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory
-Follow hospital safety procedures and PPE requirements

-Required Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Previous materials management, inventory, or warehouse experience
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull carts up to 80–100 lbs
-Valid Driver’s License (may be required for occasional travel)
-Comfortable working overnight hours

-Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
-Supply chain or inventory control experience
-Familiarity with inventory systems (Lawson, Epic, Wavemark, or similar)
-Strong customer service and communication skills

-Work Environment
-Hospital setting
-Must wear hospital-provided scrubs and PPE as required
-Fast-paced, physically active role
