Janitor/Maintenance Person Job at ARDENT PROPERTY GROUP LLC in Miami

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Maintenance Person to join our team in keeping our condominium community clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience with janitorial duties, basic building maintenance, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Perform daily cleaning of common areas (elevators, hallways, restrooms, party-room, laundry rooms, etc.)

· Handle light repairs and general maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor plumbing, touch-up painting, etc.)

· Ensure trash and recycling areas are neat and properly serviced

· Assist with grounds upkeep (sweeping walkways, power washing, seasonal cleanup)

· Monitor and report any safety or maintenance concerns to management

· Support the property team with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous janitorial and/or light maintenance experience preferred

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

· Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment

· Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

· Friendly and professional demeanor with residents and staff

Schedule & Compensation:

· Full-time, Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed

· Hourly wage: based on experience

· Benefits may include PTO and holidays
