Technical Accounting Manager Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + bonus

• Research, document, and implement accounting treatment for complex transactions under US GAAP
• Draft technical accounting memos and provide guidance to finance and operations teams
• Monitor and assess the impact of new and emerging accounting standards (FASB, SEC)
• Support preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases
• Assist in M&A due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration of acquisitions
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal on accounting and reporting issues
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, serving as a key contact for external auditors
• Qualifications for the Technical Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 or public accounting/public company mix preferred)
• Proven ability xrczosw to draft and present clear, well-supported technical accounting positions
• Experience with SOX 404 compliance and implementation of new standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
