Job Description
Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
A set schedule will be assigned within these hours.Training- 4-week training
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Provide exceptional service by handling inbound customer calls and occasional follow‑up calls
- Assist customers with prior authorization questions, general inquiries, and confidential information
- Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems and programs
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail—quality and accuracy matter
- Manage a daily call volume ranging from 50–100 calls depending on complexity
Top Skills:
- Strong customer service mindset
- Call center experience
- Confident computer and data entry skills
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent high‑volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years)
- Stable work history (no highly jumpy resumes)
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
