Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements

Reception: Welcomes consumers and visitors by greeting consumers and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes consumers' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone using electronic calendaring. Keeps consumer appointments on schedule by notifying provider of consumer's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays. Escalate complaints as appropriate based on established policy and procedure. Interact with residents on a daily basis with patience and compassion while providing support. Maintain professionalism and composure when managing unpredictable behaviors, using effective de-escalation techniques Adapt to a changing environment appropriately

Consumer Accounts: Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving consumer records. Maintains consumer accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial/insurance information. Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting consumer charges; controlling credit extended to consumers; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.

Administrative Support: Performs general office clerk duties and errands including but not limited to simple travel arrangements, basic correspondence, submitting travel reimbursements. Coordinates local events as necessary. General clerical duties including but not limited to copying, filing, mail duties, distribution of materials. Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs. May provide back up to other administrative job duties

Data & Reporting Responsibilities

Input, organize, and maintain program-related data using Microsoft Excel Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external use Create visual dashboards and charts to support decision-making

Miscellaneous

Ensures compliance with relevant laws, HIPPA regulations and established company policies, procedures, standards and Compliance program. Complies with Merakey Policy and Procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
