Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon and Walmart marketplace management. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency in catalog management, flat files, and listing optimization with strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. You will leverage Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance data, and A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize conversion rates and marketplace performance across regulated categories including supplements and pest control products.

Responsibilities

Helium 10 Expertise: Conduct keyword research, listing optimization, and competitive analysis

Amazon Flat Files Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon flat files for listing creation and updates

Keyword Indexing, Ranking, and Monitoring: Implement strategies for effective keyword indexing and ranking

Product Launch Expert: Proven experience in planning and executing successful product launches on the Amazon platform

Replenishment Inventory Management: Manage Amazon replenishment inventory, including creating new shipments

Catalog Management: Experienced with Amazon category nodes, product types, product groups, and GL classifications

Amazon Rufus Optimization: Proficient in Amazon Rufus white papers and AI-driven search optimizations

ASIN Operations: Experienced in ASIN merges, ASIN refreshes, and SKU transfers between ASINs

Reimbursement Processing: Skilled in Amazon reimbursement claims and reconciliation processes

Walmart Marketplace Expertise: Experienced in Walmart listing optimizations, Walmart Brand Portal management, and content enhancement

Regulated Category Compliance: Experienced in supplement, pest control, or similar regulated categories with knowledge of EPA requirements and compliance standards

Amazon Brand Analytics Analysis: Proficient in analyzing Search Query Performance reports, Market Basket Analysis, and competitive intelligence data

Market Comparison and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting

A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates (CVR) and click-through rates (CTR) through data-driven experimentation

Amazon Reporting and Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to analyze Amazon reporting data

Appeal Writing Skills: Write compelling appeals based on provided inputs to address any issues or challenges that may arise

Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to learn and master new tools and techniques quickly in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape
