Job Overview
We are seeking a
qualified Structural Senior Project Engineer
to join our structural engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on
large, moderate, and small‑scale projects
across a wide range of building types and structural systems, including
concrete, steel, masonry, cold‑formed steel, and wood structures , as well as
high seismic and high wind load designs . The successful candidate will serve as a key technical contributor, collaborating with internal and external disciplines throughout the
planning, design, and construction administration phases
of projects.
Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design for building systems, elements, and components.
Work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, consultants, and other design professionals.
Attend and participate in design and construction meetings.
Support Project Managers with analysis and design efforts on large to moderate projects.
Assign tasks to and provide technical guidance for project engineers and design staff.
Coordinate with BIM staff on the preparation and development of construction documents.
Assist contractors with interpretation of construction documents and resolution of field issues.
Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for structural compliance.
Perform structural observations during construction as required.
