Job Overview Project: 13‑week outpatient assignment at a well‑respected hospital on Nantucket.
Shift Information Days – 4 days x 10 hours per day. Start date: ASAP.
Job Description & Requirements Supervisor: Hospital outpatient department. Responsibilities include providing outpatient physical therapy services, maintaining a positive and professional environment, and supporting team goals.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT‑MA)
Basic Life Support (BLS‑AHA) certification
Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) available
Two professional references documenting work history
COVID‑19 vaccination proof and mask fit test compliance
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of outpatient experience
Experience in a medical‑island hospital setting
