To be a member of this team is to live with working with and for each other mantra./ph2Responsibilities/h2h3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliThis job requires 100-200 stops per day in a fast-moving environment/liliBe a problem solver/liliAbility to work effectively with Android devices/liliAlways drive and operate your delivery vehicle safely/liliUse handheld GPS device for routing information, customer delivery information./liliNavigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area./liliMust be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers./li/ululliPerform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:/liliLift packages up to 50 lbs./liliAble to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift up to ~200 times per day/liliWe are a 7 day a week operation, schedules are fluid/liliOperate Freightliner MT45 (or like) step vans/li/ulh3Basic Requirements:/h3ullistrongMust have an active DOT medical card/strong/lilistrongFamiliar with step vans like MT45 Freightliners Ford F59/strong/lilistrongExperience with driving larger vehicles for more than 1 year/strong/liliEligible to work in the U.S/liliHigh-school diploma (or equivalent)/liliWe are a 7 day a week operation and you will have to work a weekend day/liliAt least 21 years of age/liliHave a valid US drivers license/liliAbility to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shift/li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ullistrong$21.75 / Hour to start (training rate) growth to $22.00 after 60 days fully qualified/strong/liliUp to $2-3 per hour bonus if you meet daily and weekly delivery + safety targets/liliStart as a delivery associate with the chance to move up to lead, manager, dispatcher and more.
