Responsibilities
The Advance Technologist B performs mammography exams, is the primary coverage in bone densitometry or is proficient in all breast procedures.
Requirements Education and Work Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
1 year in a mammography position.
Prefer DECA experience but if applicant does not have DECA experience, must be willing to attend suggested training program.
Must meet all MQSA requirements.
License Requirements:
State of Maryland
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
Registered in Mammography (ARRT).
Unregistered technologist must become registered in mammography within 6 months of employment.
Certification Requirements:
CPR
