About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant
to join our team for new, challenging projects across Belgium and internationally.
This role offers
flexible engagement options (part-time or full-time)
and the possibility of
remote work within Belgium .
Key Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of
15 years of experience
demonstrating deep functional and technical expertise across the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors suite.
SAP SuccessFactors Module Mastery
Employee Central (EC)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Performance & Goals (PM/G)
Succession & Development (S&D)
SAP HCM Core Expertise
Solid background and practical experience with SAP On-Premise HCM functionalities.
Global Implementation Experience: Proven track record of working on global rollouts in more than 15 countries, demonstrating cultural awareness and an understanding of international compliance and Belgian-specific requirements.
Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and process optimization.
Occasional client travel within Belgium or Europe may be required based on project phases.
