Shifts Timing: Primarily start at 6:30 AM, with the possibility of an 8:45 AM shift based on business volume, and this will be mandatory.

Weekend Shift: Weekend shifts required for this position.

Compensation: Starting pay $18.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Seasonal Delivery Helper, you'll ride along with a driver in an Amazon-branded vehicle, to deliver packages with a maximum weight of 50 pounds (most packages weigh less). This job is physically demanding, requiring frequent steps in and out of the van and delivering 250+ packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day. Of course, actual hours may vary depending on the Company's business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Consent to drug screening and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and positive manner
• Use a handheld device for routing and delivery information
• Report to your shift on time for your scheduled days prepared to work
• Safely and efficiently deliver packages
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
• Load and unload packages with the driver
• Help the driver navigate if needed
