Work with technologies like Python, SQL, Scala, Java, open‑source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and cloud‑based data warehousing tools such as Redshift and Snowflake.
Build and optimize data pipelines for real‑time streaming and big data processing.
Partner with product teams to deliver robust, cloud‑native solutions.
Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure high‑quality, efficient data systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in application or data engineering.
1+ year of experience with big data technologies.
Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
3+ years of experience with distributed computing tools.
Experience with real‑time data streaming, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), and data warehousing (Redshift, Snowflake).
Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and shell scripting.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
