About the Job The Oracle Technical Lead will manage and deliver medium to high complexity cloud transformation and multi‑country roll‑out integration projects. They play a crucial role in designing scalable, high‑availability, high‑performance, flexible, secure, and maintainable architecture. The ideal candidate translates client business goals and requirements into system designs, technical configuration, and testing of Oracle applications and integrations.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional and cross‑technology solution design discussions.
Review and develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution.
Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams so configuration and development activities meet solution requirements.
Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities.
Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations.
Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of a proposal response or on‑site discovery and other working sessions.
Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery—estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required, and develop project plans incorporating all variables including risk.
Act as a mentor to leads and analysts.
Contribute to Capgemini’s Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.
Required Skills
9‑13 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS).
Worked on at least 5‑6 Oracle Cloud or Multi‑Pillar projects.
Experience designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems.
Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration.
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple global or international assignments.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
