What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain agency relationships to increase revenue for the employer's products
Conduct training and performance management for agents in the assigned territory
Analyze territory data to execute strategic plans for growth and profitability
Prepare and document effective sales strategies to support agency growth
Collaborate with product management to identify new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be able to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
Prior experience driving sales results
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health) is a plus
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3 years of experience working with Independent Agents
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
