Required Skills

5+ years Oracle dev (APEX, PL/SQL).

APEX 22.x+ (REST, Dynamic Actions).

Strong SQL/PLSQL tuning.

Power BI & BI Publisher experience.

Oracle Forms migration experience.

Oracle DB 12c/19c knowledge.

REST API, JSON/XML handling.

APEX security best practices.

Git/Azure DevOps.
