Key Responsibilities
Implementation and solution design
Lead and conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand clients' manufacturing processes, pain points, and business requirements.
Perform gap analyses and map client requirements to standard NetSuite functionality.
Design and document scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions, focusing on manufacturing, inventory management, and costing.
Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including Advanced Manufacturing, to meet client needs.
Experience developing integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL) between NetSuite and external systems.
Good knowledge of relational data modeling, data transformations, and scripting logic.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in complex multi-system environments.
Proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable customizations to NetSuite in a production environment.
Design and build custom objects, integrate third-party systems, and develop custom code for enhancements.
Perform data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite and manage mass imports and exports.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users on new solutions.
Prior experience in working in Netsuite support project providing resolutions for the incidents and catering to service requests in a SLA constrained environment.
