ASAP Responsibilities and Requirements
Perform left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, pacemaker and AICD implantation, and micras. Implant IABP and Impella devices on occasion. Daily caseload varies; average of 4 shifts (4x10hr days). Prepare and execute procedural documentation in Epic. Operate fluoroscopy equipment, require fluoroscope permit. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as Cath Lab Tech (preferred: IR experience). Valid BCLS, ARRT certification. Fluoroscope/Flouro Permit and California license. Flexible to weekend call (required), floating not required. Local candidates accepted; pending state license not accepted. Benefits
Hospital highlights: Acute Care Hospital with 200 beds. Free parking. Scrub color – RN: solid Royal Blue; Cath Lab/L&D: provided. Guaranteed hours – facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
