About Our Practice Pacific Eye Group is a family-owned optometry practice starting in March 2019 in Portland, Oregon. We have since decided to open an additional location in Eugene. We are a doctor-owned, patient-centric group providing convenient, caring, and personalized Eyecare to our patients inside Visionworks. Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye exams
Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
Prescribe corrective lenses
Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
Maintain patient records using Crystal PM EMR
Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
Valid state license to practice optometry
A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
