Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Weapon System Technical Systems Integrator to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) team.
Responsibilities
Function as the Technical System Integrator for the CPS program, architecting the approach for CPS WS Integration & Test planning and execution
Develop, review, and define test cases, test configurations and test events for CPS WS risk reduction, acceptance, and design verification
Develop WS test plans in Cameo in support of Model Based Test initiatives
Support the SEIT and CPE organizations in the verification of test requirements
Engage SEIT, CPEs and SMEs to interpret, refine and allocate test requirements for implementation into WS Integration & Test Planning
Coordinate with external stakeholders to integrate overall Integration & Test philosophy
Establish and adhere to Systems Integration & Test processes and implement these processes for the CPS program throughout the program lifecycle
Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Establish regular meeting cadences and touchpoints for integrated team, including stakeholder alignments and leadership updates
Support and perform data reviews and provide feedback to hardware and integration teams

Basic Qualifications
Experiencing leading technical teams through the planning and execution of established systems engineering procedures and processes
Experience with Systems Engineering principles, including system design, development, integration, test, and evaluation
Experience working on a Systems Integration & Test team in various stages of a program lifecycle
Active or Current Secret clearance
Desired Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in an engineering or related technical discipline, or 8+ years of related professional work experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively apply lessons learned and best practices from Integration and Testing experiences to develop and champion Design for Integration and Test (DFx) initiatives
Subject Matter Expert in Space Vehicle/ Weapon System Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, and anomaly resolution
Experience integrating various systems, subsystems and components to meet system requirements
Excellent technical writing, planning and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to achieve consensus among peers while building solid relationships with various stakeholders
Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in working in an agile environment with an accelerated project timeline
Experience leading teams and stakeholders during times of uncertainty, creating meaningful work, and assisting the team in various tasks
Extensive experience leading teams through successful test efforts, schedule management and resource planning
Subject Matter Expert in Lockheed Martin Processes and Procedures
Systems Modeling and Architecture Experience (MBSE): Familiarity with SYSML, Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) viewpoints, and tools such as Cameo
Effective communications (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado is $151,200 - $266,570. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
