Oracle PL/SQL & SQL Server ETL Developer (ERWIN Data Modeling, Linux Shell Scripting)

Minimum Qualifications
84 months experience creating Views, Triggers, stored procedures, functions, and writing SQL in Oracle (12c or higher) and SQL Server (2014 or higher).
84 months experience using data modeling tools such as ERWIN to create physical and logical data models, reverse engineer existing databases, and compare existing databases in SQL Server (2014 or higher) and Oracle (12c or higher).
84 months experience developing complex ETL processes using shell scripts (Korn, Bash, and Power Shell), SQL scripts, PL/SQL, and T‑SQL objects.
84 months experience performing data analysis and creating reports for customers.
84 months experience optimizing SQL queries and debugging PL/SQL packages, functions, and procedures.
60 months experience developing Korn shell and bash shell scripts in a Linux environment.
Responsibilities
Implement Integrated Justice Portal standards related to database development.
Utilize use cases, business requirements documents, and flow diagrams to design complex relational databases.
Follow all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – analysis, design, testing, implementation, maintenance.
Follow and contribute to agency standards and utilize industry best practices.
Develop queries and stored procedures for data extraction, using SQL and one or more relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server; write complex efficient SQL.
Perform ongoing support for production applications – including system monitoring, processing, user support, and performance tuning.
Create, maintain, and deploy batch processes to support portfolio business processes.
Research emerging technologies to improve current processes.
