Hours per Week: 37.5 billable hours
Local Pay Rate: $85 HR
Caseload: Approximately 50 students
About the Role Amergis is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage for an SLP going on maternity leave. In this role, you will perform student evaluations, deliver therapy services, and document progress according to individualized plans of care and physician orders. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success during a critical coverage period.
Minimum Requirements
Active Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment
CCC‑SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)
Compliance with all professional standards of practice
Current CPR (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X‑ray (if applicable)
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
