The Practice Strategy Consultant supports branch teams in addressing challenges related to practice growth, team structure, organizational efficiency, and succession planning. Reporting to the Director of Practice Strategy Consultation, this role conducts discovery processes, analyzes data, and provides actionable recommendations based on expertise in wealth management and practice management standards. The Practice Strategy Consultant plays a key role in delivering tailored consulting engagements, driving measurable outcomes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with firm priorities.

Hiring Range Minimum: $84,100 Maximum: $143,100

Skills / Requirements

Foundational understanding of financial services industry practices, including business model options, client service strategies, and financial planning processes.

Series 7 and Series 66 Licensing

Advanced knowledge of Practice Management standards, branch operations, and market dynamics

Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities

Ability to influence and drive change

High level of discretion and judgment

Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Current home‑based associates please note: Even as a hybrid posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, may retain your home‑based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on‑site work and some roles may carry a preference for hybrid presence.
