Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | In-Person Only
Location: Baltimore, MD (Elementary or Middle School Setting)
Start Date: ASAP / 12/21
Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 6.75 hours/day (33.75 hours/week max)
Duration: Full School Year (Approx. 6-month assignment based on current opening)

Position Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in‑person therapy services within an elementary or middle school setting. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support students’ communication needs in accordance with physician orders and school IEP requirements. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other related service professionals to ensure students make meaningful academic and social progress.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct student speech and language evaluations
Develop, implement, and document therapy services per the individualized plan of care
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation in Relay EMR, with weekly note completion required
Adhere to all professional and district policies, standards, and protocols
Minimum Requirements
Active Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment
CCC‑SLP preferred; may be required by state or contract
Compliance with all professional standards of practice
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X‑ray
Current health certificate (per contract/state requirements)
Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
Minimum age: 18
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year of experience working in a school setting
Experience supporting elementary or middle school caseloads preferred
