$57.86 - $89.83 per hour
Description This position will provide service group educational support to clinical staff, focusing on staff clinical development and expertise. The role works closely with the service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan excellence in care, using educational theory to foster clinical growth and increase staff competency for safe, positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver educational programs for clinical staff.
Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs.
Apply educational theory to design curriculum that enhances clinical practice.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
Support continuous professional development and clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse license upon hire.
Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience with clinical experience in the associated service line.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong educational background with current clinical competence in the service group.
