The Work
Lead and manage SAP data migration workstreams, ensuring successful planning, executive, and delivery of data migration projects.
Advise clients on best practices for SAP data migration, including strategy, risk identification, and migration projects.
Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data migration requirements, mapping, and validation rules.
Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
Lead, coach, and mentor project staff, managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate and execute data migration testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
Document data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Support clients in post-migration activities, including data validation, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here’s What You Need
Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience, with at least 1 year focused on SAP data migration projects including hands‑on experience with SAP data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
Bonus Points If
Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration with core modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, MDG).
Experience leading teams and managing deliverables in complex data migration projects.
You have experience with S/4Hana data migration projects.
You have a strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management concepts.
You have experience integrating SAP with third‑party systems and legacy data sources.
You can communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
You excel at managing and delivering projects in a collaborative, problem‑solving environment.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
