Ensure system operation, conduct error analysis, and execute system updates for customer systems Carry out common basic projects, including release upgrades for ABAP and Java, and manage projects as needed Responsible for technology planning of SAP HANA and oversee HANA migration Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to customers in troubleshooting and performance services Assist in presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services What is Required (Qualifications)
Business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2) Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends Experience in the setup and operation of SAP systems, including upgrades and patches for ABAP and Java systems Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP Completed university studies in business informatics/computer science or comparable qualifications, along with several years of relevant professional experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
