Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP BW Hana Datasphere Consultant.
Responsibilities As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create solutions; develop, configure, and deploy the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, client training, internal capability building, and help detail the project scope.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
Position based in Knoxville, TN; travel to project/client locations may be required.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience as an SAP BI/BW4HANA + ABAP Consultant, including full-cycle SAP implementations.
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP BW on HANA/BW4HANA and integrations with other modules/line of business.
Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BW/BW4HANA PCE, and SAC.
Two full lifecycle implementation/migration experiences in BW4 HANA with independent work capability.
Proficiency in BW back‑end object development (DSO, ADSO, InfoCubes, MultiProviders, composite providers, Infosets, open hubs, Infopackages, DTPs).
Strong experience with complex data flows, BW best practices, and performance improvement.
Basic ABAP knowledge and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and responsiveness.
Leadership experience managing 4–6 developers or leading sizable engagements with direct business interaction.
Capability in DBC model design, HANA modeling (calculation views, procedures, table functions), and SQL.
Experience in SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud) configuration and integration.
Ability to build analytical applications leveraging data modeling, ETL, and end‑user reporting & analytics.
Strong problem‑solving, analysis, and support for new applications and business solutions.
Self‑motivated with enthusiasm for new technologies and high energy.
Job Details Extensive travel required. The role involves long hours at a computer and may include face‑to‑face, telephone, or email communication.
