Akkodis is seeking a Platform Architect for a Contract with a client in Salt Lake City, UT (Remote). You will lead complex ServiceNow development initiatives, including ITSM scripting and advanced integrations with platforms like GitHub, Google CCAI, and Tanium.
Platform Architect Job Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, including advanced scripting for workflows and business rules.
Design and implement integrations using Web Spoke, REST APIs, and Integration Hub with platforms like GitHub, Google CCAI, and Tanium.
Create and manage Virtual Agent topics (excluding OOO) to enhance user interaction and automation.
Develop HRSD module functionalities, including onboarding/offboarding workflows and related customizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders under pressure, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and maintaining clear communication.
Maintain knowledge articles and provide exposure to ITOM module, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong expertise in ITSM development with advanced scripting skills and experience in integrations using Web Spoke, REST APIs, and Integration Hub.
Proven ability to work under pressure with stakeholders, along with hands‑on experience in Virtual Agent topic creation and HRSD module development.
Pay Details $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
