About the job
Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Practice independently without affiliation to hospitals or clinics.
Collaborate with a team of therapists; meet during onboarding and maintain regular monthly case discussions.
Work from home; schedule clinical hours per your availability.
Attend clinical conferences four times a week; required to attend at least one per week for the first 90 days, then one monthly thereafter.
Job Requirements
PMHNP license, open to licensing in alternative states.
Prior PMHNP experience preferred but not required.
Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
Solid computer and basic technology skills.
Strong clinical background in psychiatry, diagnosis of psychiatric disorders, psychopharmacological treatments, and familiarity with non‑pharmacological interventions.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
Compensation & Hours Hourly: $70—$100 USD
