What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute

system-level validation and verification strategies

for complex electrical and electromechanical systems

Translate electrical design specifications into detailed

test requirements, validation plans, and procedures

Design, develop, and maintain

automated test frameworks

using

LabVIEW

Build and execute automated test solutions using

NI PXI-based test platforms

Develop and maintain

Python scripts

for test automation, data collection, and analysis

Define and execute

functional, load, and acceptance testing

across multiple system configurations

Support testing of systems with

graphical user interfaces (GUIs) , including acceptance and regression testing

Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and systems engineers to troubleshoot failures and support root cause analysis

Execute validation activities in compliance with regulatory standards (EFT, HiPot, conducted/radiated emissions, etc.)

Document all validation activities including

test reports, traceability matrices, and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field

3+ years of experience in

system validation and verification

within a product development or lab environment

Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA)

or equivalent advanced LabVIEW architecture experience

Hands‑on experience with

NI PXI (PXI/PXIe) platforms

for automated test systems

Strong

Python scripting experience

supporting automated testing and data analysis

Proven experience designing and executing

automated test fixtures and procedures

Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, specifications, and system requirements

Experience validating systems involving

motors, embedded electronics, and GUIs

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

automated GUI testing frameworks

Familiarity with

Squish for Qt

for GUI automation (strong plus)

Experience testing

connected / IoT‑enabled products

Knowledge of appliance industry standards or similar electromechanical systems

Experience with environmental or stress testing (thermal cycling, vibration, etc.)
