The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $72,600.00 to $114,631.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities The Business Application Analyst III administers and has an in depth understanding of several critical bank systems such as Teller, Retail Branch Automation Platform and workflow system, Cold report and Imaging system, File Transfer systems. Understands customer needs and provides end user support for the retail banking systems, core banking system, and intranet and imaging system. Position acts as the primary technical POC (Point of Contact) for Retail Branches and Branch Administration. Understands internal customer needs and provides end user support for the FIS, IBS Security and Permissions administration. This position also performs security access administration for several other applications including the imaging system.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in information management, computer science, business administration or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience in the area of application systems support or testing, business analysis or software implementation
5 years critical system support in financial institution or finance related experience
Experience managing and supporting a software application for large user base (100+)
Software configuration, testing and support Experience
Business Analyst Experience
Knowledge of data file import mapping to system application fields
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to listen to business users, convey ideas effectively, understand, interpret and document business requirements to design and customize systems
Outstanding customer and interpersonal skills
Independent thinker with a solid ability to work through issues and escalating when appropriate
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal "customers", vendors or users/trainees in a classroom setting, webinar or one on one training session
Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate effectively with nontechnical and technical business clients and teams
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have varying levels of computer expertise
Excellent organizational skills with ability to attend to minute details
Demonstrates a commitment to Relationships FIRST in all areas of job performance
