Enterprise Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Drive process improvement, mining, and automation initiatives for automotive clients, as well as clients from other sectors.

Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgemini's value offer.

Build collaborative relationships with Client stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.

Define and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) to align with strategic objectives.

Design and transition clients to new operating models.

Advise clients on process transformation, automation governance, and implementation roadmaps.

Develop the case‑for‑change, a business case that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core.

Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology.

Analyze and optimize business processes.

Guide clients through the adoption of automation, process mining, and AI‑driven solutions.

Stay updated on emerging trends in Process Mining and Agentic & Intelligent Automation.

Lead and manage cross‑functional teams located locally and virtually.

Your Profile

10+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or business transformation consulting.

Extensive experience driving client acquisition and business technology transformation across sectors.

Hands‑on experience with process mining and automation technologies.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs).

Strong advisory skills to lead process transformation initiatives for clients.

Preferred: Exposure to Process Mining and Agentic & Intelligent Automation.
