What you’ll do…
Assist with infrastructure planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Monitor systems and take corrective action to maintain security, stability, and performance.
Work with vendors to resolve issues promptly and keep management informed.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and patches.
Provide support for platforms as required.
Lead and guide the team to complete projects and deliver results.
Oversee VMware vSphere and VMware View architecture, storage, and network components.
Manage Cisco UCS and enterprise hardware (Dell, HP, IBM).
Implement and maintain security controls and disaster recovery frameworks.
Perform system performance tuning, monitoring, and fault tolerance.
Respond to ticket requests and participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Coordinate with business units on technology deployments and strategic implementations.
What you’ll bring…
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and/or certifications
8+ years of hands‑on Corporate IT/Network Support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
Extensive experience with VMware vSphere/View and Cisco UCS.
Hardware installation and maintenance experience (Dell, HP, IBM).
VMware certification (e.g., VCP) strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Leadership experience, including team development and project management.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and change control processes.
Proficiency in monitoring tools and automation frameworks.
