Assist in developing and implementing instructional and coaching strategies for the girls varsity flag football program. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate practices, practices, and games to meet the team’s competitive goals. Collaborate with the head coach, athletic staff, and students to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. Maintain accurate record keeping, including attendance, performance statistics, and equipment inventory. Qualifications
Appropriate California Teaching Credential (Non‑certified applicants may apply under CA Administrative Code §5531). Current TB test, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Successful high‑school coaching experience, preferably with a varsity program. Familiarity with the California Interscholastic Federation Code of Ethical Conduct. Attach a cover letter, resume, and at least two letters of recommendation to the online application (email to Athletic Director Brittney Codera – brcodera@scusd.net if documents cannot be uploaded).
