Python Data Controls Developer - Job requirements (Minimum): Mount Laurel, NJ - (3 days onsite role) Salary: Flexible Qualifications
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience working in a financial institution, preferably in Global Banks Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in SQL development, including query optimization, stored procedures, and indexing. Strong working experience in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation Understanding of the Compliance domain and concepts i.e., Anti-Money laundering (AML), Know your Customer (KYC), Customer Risk Rating etc. is a must Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in data (data lifecycle, data governance, data quality, Metadata, Data issue resolution and other data concepts) Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data controls solutions using Python and SQL within a financial services environment. Optimize queries, implement stored procedures, and manage data indexing to ensure performance and reliability. Collaborate with Compliance teams to understand and apply AML, KYC, and Customer Risk Rating requirements. Participate in data lifecycle governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
