We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM)/Sales Cloud Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions within Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud environments. This role involves data integration, deduplication, and customer data governance, with a strong focus on enabling accurate, consistent, and complete customer records across the organization. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud to manage and maintain high-quality customer data Configure and customize Oracle CDM features such as deduplication rules, survivorship, match/merge processes, and data enrichment Develop and support integrations between Oracle CDM, Sales Cloud, and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing, Service) Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, unit test plans, and deployment guides Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CDM and Sales Cloud functionality or performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure data consistency and compliance across platforms Support data migration and cleansing initiatives for legacy systems into Oracle CDM Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CDM and Oracle Sales Cloud development Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, and Application Composer Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices Strong understanding of customer data models, hierarchies, and deduplication strategies Knowledge of Sales processes and CRM data flows Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle CX CDM) Experience in data migration projects using tools like FBDI, ADFDI, or OTBI Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of data privacy regulations and customer data handling best practices Equal Employment Opportunity
