Enterprise Account Executive, National Accounts Join Confluent as an Enterprise Account Executive to sell our solutions to National Accounts. As part of the Sales Team, you’ll drive revenue growth through prospecting, negotiating, and managing a complex sales cycle with C‑Level executives.

About The Role Responsible for selling Confluent solutions to the National Accounts segment and exceeding quarterly sales targets in a value‑driven sales model.

What You Will Do

Drive revenue growth in large, complex, and highly visible accounts.

Proactively prospect, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline while growing consumption in current accounts.

Lead and execute strategic complex sales cycles, demonstrating value to C‑Level stakeholders.

Become an expert on Confluent offerings, product suites, and competitive landscape.

Develop deep customer insight to become a trusted advisor.

Collaborate with partner ecosystem teams to sell to or through the ecosystem.

Align with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver world‑class customer experience and identify expansion opportunities.

What You Will Bring

8+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience in a competitive market with a focus on consumption growth.

Prior experience in Big Data, Consumption, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT solutions.

Training in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).

Track record of leading complex sales strategies to increase revenue.

Consistent success and history of over‑achieving quota.

Ability to articulate, educate, and sell business value to businesses of all sizes.

Experience developing and improving processes and managing change.

Exceptional relationship‑building, customer relations, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range $136,600 – $160,500 per year
