Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect a full‑time direct hybrid role with a global industry leader headquartered in Cleveland, OH. The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and developing end‑to‑end business process‑driven technical solutions with a focus on application and systems integration. Qualifications include 15+ years of IT experience, which should include QAD and leading technical solutions. Salary Range: $140‑165K plus bonus; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with the overall enterprise architecture and business strategy. Design and develop end‑to‑end business process‑driven technical solutions with a strong focus on application and systems integration. Define, document, and enforce solution standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability. Lead solution design sessions and review technical specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements, architectural principles, and integration requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the solution development lifecycle, with a specific emphasis on application and systems integration. Identify and evaluate technology options, conduct proof of concepts, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance application and systems integration capabilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate and optimize systems and processes across the connected ecosystem, focusing on seamless application and systems integration. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in solution design and development, with a specific focus on application and systems integration. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization, particularly in the realm of application and systems integration. Document solution architectures, technical specifications, and system interfaces, with a specific emphasis on application and systems integration. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to solution architecture, technology advancements, and application and systems integration. Work efficiently and effectively with geographically dispersed teams to ensure activities utilize “follow the sun” development cycle. Bring innovative solutions to business process driven opportunities and challenges. Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a related role as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on end‑to‑end business process‑driven technical solutions and application and systems integration. QAD ERP skills are required. Experience in the medical device industry. Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a specific emphasis on application and systems integration. Experience in designing and developing solutions with a focus on application and systems integration using a variety of technologies, platforms, and frameworks. SAP skills are plus but not required. Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques. Experience in documenting and enforcing solution standards and best practices, with a specific emphasis on application and systems integration. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization, particularly in the context of application and systems integration.
