Job Title: Management Company Reporting and Analysis Manager
Responsibilities:
Review and prepare
quarterly and annual financial statement packages for management company entities.
Conduct variance analysis
of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals; identify key drivers and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Deliver financial analysis and KPIs
on an ongoing basis to all internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee tax and regulatory filings , ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns across various jurisdictions.
Oversee the audit process
for all management company entities, ensuring compliance with both IFRS and US GAAP standards.
Manage the ESOP and promote allocation database , including maintaining accurate valuations and reporting.
Partner with various departments
to lead monthly and quarterly close processes and drive continuous process improvements.
Implement and leverage technology
(and outsourced solutions) to enhance operational efficiencies and internal controls.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness
in all financial reporting and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in public accounting, FP&A or other corporate finance roles demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles.
Distinguished intellectual curiosity
with a strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and automate existing processes to tackle problems.
Proven ability to prioritize
and lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
Self-starter
who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources.
Exceptionally high level of Excel skills
is required.
High level of data visualization
and reporting via PowerPoint is required.
Experience in tax filing
in the US and Israel is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in Hebrew
is an advantage.
