Role Overview
The Marketing Analyst – Lending Products plays a key role in driving growth and profitability across lending product portfolios. This role supports campaign planning, measurement, and optimization across the entire marketing funnel, from brand‑building to acquisition, customer engagement, and retention. The analyst synthesizes data across brand and performance media, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing programs (e.g., email, push) to optimize marketing investments and improve outcomes throughout the customer relationship journey.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing performance across lending products to uncover insights that improve efficiency, conversion, and growth.
Design and measure incrementality and conduct market tests to evaluate the impact of marketing channels and campaigns.
Maintain a structured test‑and‑learn roadmap and deliver analyses that support continuous performance improvement.
Oversee marketing campaign execution across various channels.
Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate data tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across acquisition channels.
Translate campaign and channel results into clear recommendations for targeting, creative, and investment optimization.
Work with the lifecycle marketing team to build a roadmap for existing lending portfolio growth and engagement.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure analytics insights align with broader business objectives.
Clearly communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Duration
6‑month contract to hire position.
If the candidate performs well on contract, the manager would ultimately like to bring them on as an FTE.
Location
Hybrid position in Boston, MA.
Candidate is required to work onsite 2 days a week (at minimum).
Manager is not open to fully remote candidates.
Must‑Have Requirements
3 years of experience.
Analytical background: basic statistics, A/B test design, marketing effectiveness measurement.
Understanding of marketing campaign execution or hands‑on experience (e.g., implementing targeting criteria, lead generation, waterfall suppression).
Ability to build marketing test design end‑to‑end.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Knowledge of Google Analytics.
Adobe experience.
Past lending product domain knowledge.
Understanding in credit risk.
Experience with or familiarity with bureau data.
