Key Responsibilities

Reviews, collects, and summarizes relevant pharmacy financial data for accuracy and clarity Partners with accounting team members to review, identify, and resolve discrepancies in monthly and annual pharmacy financial data Performs analyses as needed to review pharmacy data spend across MGB to look for discrepancies and trends Assists with budget monitoring and planning for pharmacy operations, capital, FTEs, and other expenses Compiles and reviews historical financial data to support budgeting and planning questions Reviews monthly close data for accuracy and reports out relevant discrepancies to leadership Other duties as assigned Education

Bachelor's Degree in Related Field of Study required Experience

Experience within a large healthcare organization required. 3+ years preferred. Experience in accounting or finance 3+ years required. Experience with Strata or other budgeting tools preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
