Role Description We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Emerging Markets (EM) New York team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of products and businesses, making it an excellent platform for professional growth.

On the Flow side, candidates should have 3-8 years of experience with some of the following products and markets: FX Forwards Swaps Bonds Futures Electronic Trading (E-Trading)

No prior experience is required for the EM Structured side—just a strong willingness to learn with some derivatives pricing foundation.

Key Skills & Qualifications Strong self-motivation and eagerness to learn new products and businesses Excellent communication skills, as you will be a key strategist across multiple businesses Solid foundations in quantitative finance, including curve construction, collateral pricing, and general flow derivatives pricing ETrading experience is a plus Proficient coding skills; experience with KDB is a plus Masters degree in quantitative field preferred

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year commencement of employment for Associate, and between $160,000 and $250,000 per year commencement of employment for Vice President. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
