Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing) Own all programmatic direct advertising revenue for an assigned list of agencies (both independent and holding companies). Leverage programmatic sales experience and relationships to drive premium programmatic revenues. Actively prospect and cultivate new business to meet and exceed revenue goals. Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with the Direct Sales Team to evangelize programmatic offerings and contribute to RFP responses and client meetings. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including ad product, data studio, and programmatic operations to ensure campaign success and revenue growth. Qualifications (What We’re Looking For) 2+ years of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem (DSP, SSP, trading desk, or agency), 5+ industry sales experience. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and grow revenue. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial environment. Strong interest in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and building client relationships. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a desire to influence and shape sales strategy. $133,000 - $161,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
