We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with proven experience in installing, configuring, developing, and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation. The engineer will be supporting a lab environment providing support for customers developing and testing experiments.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Capabilities

Develop capabilities designed to help solve common problems arising from various analyst offices.

Prototype development to extend enterprise services, support analytics, enhance machine learning, and develop commercial cloud solutions.

Support the integration and evaluation of open source, emerging technologies, and new COTS applications. Work directly with customers, developers, or data scientists to gather requirements and feedback.

Required Qualifications

TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly

Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Computer Science (CS) degree or related field.

Required Technical Skills

Experience integrating with customer's cloud-based data systems.

Experience installing, configuring, developing, and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation

Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex., java, python).

Desired Technical Skills

Modeling experience. Machine Learning experience. Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.

Dev experience on Linux platforms. Analytics development experience. Virtual Machine (VM) experience

Pay Range: $84.29 - $138.03 per hour*

*Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
