Role and Responsibilities We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals with hands-on expertise supporting Child Welfare programs, specifically CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System). The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical Dynamics experience, along with direct exposure to human services programs, data structures, workflows, and modernization initiatives within Child Welfare. Contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for CCWIS modernization projects. Develop business processes, workflows, entities, and custom components aligned with Child Welfare program needs. Analyze and translate Child Welfare program requirements into Dynamics platform functionality. Participate in requirement sessions with program SMEs, case managers, and technical teams. Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities related to CCWIS. Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 functional and technical issues. Ensure solutions comply with federal CCWIS regulations and data standards. Assist in user acceptance testing, documentation, and training efforts. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CE, Power Platform) and overall 15+ years' experience is must for this role. Experience working on CCWIS, SACWIS, or other Child Welfare systems. Experience customizing Dynamics: workflows, plugins, Power Apps, Power Automate, data modelling. Understanding of Child Welfare processes (case management, intake, investigations, licensing, permanency). Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data migration strategies. Preferred Qualifications Experience on state government HHS/Child Welfare modernization projects. Experience with Azure, DevOps, Dataverse, or enterprise integrations.
